Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy

Made and dispatched from Guangzhou, China
All bracelet orders are made and dispatched from Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. This is an international shipment; we do not advertise it as a US-to-US domestic shipment.
Delivery areas and shipping charges
We currently offer free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase, to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military APO/FPO/DPO destinations are outside this offer. Available delivery options are confirmed at checkout. Contact us before ordering to an address outside our current service area.
Production and dispatch
Bracelets are made to order. A fixed production or transit time is not currently advertised; contact us before ordering for the current estimate for your design and destination. Where no different dispatch period is clearly agreed before purchase, we will ship within 30 days of receiving a completed order, or notify you of a delay and offer cancellation with a full, prompt refund. This is a dispatch deadline, not a 30-day arrival guarantee.
If we cannot meet the stated dispatch time, we will explain the delay and revised date, and offer you the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. Where affirmative consent is required, we will not treat silence as consent. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund it promptly. Please reply promptly if we need to clarify your design, but such clarification does not remove your cancellation rights for a shipping delay.
Transit, tracking and customs
Transit starts after dispatch and is separate from production. Carrier capacity, customs processing and local delivery conditions can affect arrival. We will provide tracking information after dispatch when available. Any estimated delivery date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed.
Free shipping covers the shipping charge, not an automatic promise of duty-paid delivery. Taxes or import charges may apply. Amounts collected by us are shown at checkout; charges not collected there may be requested by customs or the carrier under local rules. Contact us before paying if the treatment of your destination is unclear. We will not underdeclare a shipment or describe a commercial order as a gift.
Address issues, delays and lost parcels
Check your full address and contact details before paying. Request corrections immediately; changes may be impossible after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address supplied by you, we will discuss the actual redelivery cost and options before charging again. We do not automatically forfeit the entire order value.
If tracking stops, a parcel is damaged or you cannot locate a parcel marked delivered, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. A delivery scan alone does not automatically close a legitimate non-delivery claim. We will provide the replacement or refund required by the circumstances and applicable law, rather than require you to resolve our delivery obligation solely with the carrier.

所有手串订单均从中国广东广州制作并发出，属于跨境运输，并非美国境内仓库发货。
配送范围与费用
目前对美国本土相连的48州及华盛顿特区提供标准配送包邮，无最低消费。阿拉斯加、夏威夷、美国海外属地及APO/FPO/DPO军邮地址不在此优惠范围。可用配送方式以结账确认为准。其他地址请在下单前联系我们确认。
制作与发出时间
手串按订单制作。目前未公布统一制作天数或运输天数，下单前可联系我们了解您的设计及目的地的当前预估时间。若购买前未明确约定其他发货期限，我们将在收到完整订单后30天内发出，或通知延误并提供取消及及时全额退款选择。这里的30天是发出期限，不是30天必达承诺。
如果无法按原定时间发出，我们会说明原因、更新预计日期，并让您选择同意等待或取消全额退款。需要明确同意的情况，不将沉默视作同意。无法履行订单时，会及时通知并退款。若需核对设计，请及时回复；核对过程不会取消您因发货延误享有的取消权利。
运输、追踪与清关
运输时间从发出后开始计算，不包含制作时间。承运能力、清关和当地配送情况均可能影响到达时间。发出后，如有追踪信息，我们会提供给您。除非明确保证，预计送达日期仅供参考。
包邮指配送费免费，不自动表示包税或完税交付。订单可能产生税费或进口费用。我方代收的金额会在结账时显示；未在结账代收的，可能由海关或承运商按当地规则收取。如对目的地费用不清楚，请先咨询再付款。我们不会低报货值或将商业订单虚报为礼物。
地址错误、延误和丢件
付款前请核对完整地址和联系方式。需要修改请立即联系，发出后可能无法更改。因您提供的地址错误导致退回时，我们会先沟通实际重寄费用和可行方案，不会直接没收全部订单款。
物流长期停滞、包裹破损或显示签收但找不到包裹，请联系我们协助承运商调查。单凭签收扫描不会自动否定合理的未收货申诉。我们会根据事实及适用法律安排应有的补发或退款，不将我方配送责任全部转交顾客自行与承运商解决。
