退款政策
Refund & Return Policy
Effective: September 22, 2026
Every bracelet is made to your confirmed selection of beads, spacers, charms and wrist size. Please review your design and this policy before paying.
Personalized orders and cancellations
Contact us promptly to cancel or change an order. If production has not started, we will cancel and refund the order in full. Once production has started, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for personalized bracelets, except where required by law. We will tell you the production status when you contact us. This restriction does not apply to our mistakes, defective goods or other statutory remedies.
Natural variation: what to expect
Natural stones can differ in shade, translucency, mineral inclusions, cloudiness, banding and surface texture. Small variations in shape and polishing may also occur. Reasonable variations consistent with the material description and disclosed images, which do not affect safe wear or structural integrity, are not by themselves a defect or a reason for a change-of-mind return of a personalized item. Screen color and the digital design preview are illustrative; you will not receive the exact stone photographed unless expressly stated.
A broken bead, a sharp chip, an unstable crack, a damaged string, the wrong material, or an item materially different from its description is not excused as “natural variation.” We assess these issues separately and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Damage, incorrect items and sizing mistakes
If an item arrives damaged, contains incorrect components, is materially misdescribed, or was made incorrectly despite the correct wrist measurement and design being supplied, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and a description; photographs of the item and packaging help us investigate. We do not impose a short reporting deadline that removes statutory rights, and missing original packaging alone does not invalidate a legitimate claim.
Depending on the issue and your legal rights, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, exchange or refund. For a confirmed error or defect attributable to us, we cover reasonable necessary return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee. We may ask for the item to be returned, or agree in writing that a return is unnecessary.
Your wrist measurement
Enter your bare-wrist circumference measured snugly, without adding room. The designer’s fit figure is an estimate, not a guaranteed physical measurement. An incorrect measurement supplied by the customer or a later change in preferred fit does not automatically qualify a correctly made personalized item for a free return. Contact us to discuss resizing; feasibility, any service charge and shipping costs will be agreed before work begins. If the error is ours, the remedies above apply.
How returns and refunds work
Email us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions and destination. Our published business address is not an automatic return authorization. Pack the item securely and keep proof of dispatch. Return instructions are intended to help process your claim and do not remove legal rights.
Once a refund is approved and any reasonably required inspection is complete, we submit it to the original payment method within 7 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. We refund amounts required by law, including applicable delivery charges for merchant-caused problems; we do not force store credit in place of a monetary refund you are entitled to. Approved pre-production cancellations and unfulfilled orders are refunded in full without deducting our processing fees.
Shipping delays and lost parcels are also addressed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Authorized payment-verification charges for which no goods are supplied are refundable and are not subject to the personalized-item exclusion.

每条手串均按您确认的珠子、隔珠、吊坠组合及手围制作。付款前请核对设计和本政策。
定制订单与取消
需要取消或修改订单，请尽快联系我们。尚未开始制作的订单，可取消并全额退款。开始制作后，除法律另有规定外，个性化定制手串不支持因改变主意、个人喜好变化而退换。您联系时，我们会告知制作状态。此限制不适用于我方错误、商品缺陷或其他法定救济。
天然差异的合理范围
天然石材的颜色、通透度、矿物包裹体、棉絮、色带和纹理可能存在差异，形状和抛光也可能有轻微不同。在符合材质说明和已披露图片、不影响安全佩戴及结构完整性的合理范围内，这些差异本身不属于缺陷，不作为定制商品因个人喜好退换的理由。屏幕颜色和设计预览仅作示意；除非明确说明，交付的并非图片中同一颗实物。
珠子断裂、尖锐缺口、不稳定裂纹、串绳损坏、错发材质，或与描述明显不符，不能一概解释为“天然差异”。我们会单独核实并按适用法律提供售后处理。
破损、错发与制作尺寸错误
收到破损、组件错误、明显不符描述的商品，或您提供的手围及设计正确但我方制作错误，请在合理可行的情况下尽快联系我们。提供订单号和问题描述；商品及包装照片有助核实。我们不会以过短的申报期限排除法定权利，也不会仅因缺少原包装拒绝合理的质量诉求。
根据问题及您的法定权利，我们将安排适当的维修、补发、更换或退款。经确认属于我方错误或缺陷的，合理且必要的退回运费由我方承担，不收取重新上架费。我们可能需要您退回商品，也可能书面确认无需退回。
手围填写
请填写贴合皮肤测得的净手围，不自行增加余量。设计器显示的适配值为估算，不是实物尺寸保证。因顾客填写错误或后续改变松紧偏好，且我方按确认资料正确制作的定制品，不自动享有免费退换。可联系我们评估改尺寸，是否可改、费用与运费将在处理前确认。若为我方错误，则适用上述售后处理。
退回与退款流程
寄回前请先邮件联系，以取得正确的处理说明和收件地址。公开办公地址不等于已批准的退货地址。请妥善包装并保留寄件凭证；这些流程用于顺利处理申请，不排除法定权利。
退款批准并完成合理必要的检查后，我们会在7个工作日内向原支付方式提交退款；法律要求更快时按其规定执行。实际入账时间由银行或支付机构决定。我们退还法律要求的款项，包括因我方问题应退的适用配送费用，不以店铺余额强制替代您有权取得的退款。批准的制作前取消及未履行订单全额退款，不扣除我方支付手续费。
延误和丢件另见物流与配送政策。经店铺授权、不交付商品的支付验证款项可以退款，不适用定制品退换限制。
