Who we are

This store is operated under the JINGJIANGDUO (晶匠多) brand by 广州晶匠多科技有限公司, at Room 323, 3rd Floor, No. 9 Kemulang South Road, X337, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510000, China. Contact: xlxk2021@qq.com. We sell made-to-order bracelets to consumers; this store is not the website-building services business.

Ordering and your design

Choose your components, enter an accurate bare-wrist measurement, and review the component list, quantities, nominal sizes and total before paying. Zodiac and mood presets are editable starting points. They do not change the personalized nature of a bracelet made to your confirmed design. Do not send payment-card passwords or complete card details by email.

Display spacing and digital bead placement are visual aids. The estimated fit uses the nominal stringing sizes of applicable components with an approximately 30 mm allowance for the difference between strung length and inner circumference. Irregular components and real stone dimensions can affect actual fit; the on-screen matching tolerance is not a manufacturing tolerance. Contact us if your intended fit needs clarification.

Materials, descriptions and safe use

Refer to each component description for its identity, nominal size and any disclosed treatment. Images do not establish that every material is untreated or that every accessory is natural stone. Reasonable disclosed natural variations are explained in the Refund & Return Policy. We remain responsible for accurate descriptions and legally required material disclosures.

Crystal, zodiac and mood descriptions express design inspiration and cultural symbolism, not medical advice or a promise to treat illness, change health outcomes or guarantee personal results. Bracelets contain small parts and are not toys for young children. Avoid impact, pulling, harsh chemicals and prolonged water exposure. Ask about component materials before purchasing if you have an allergy.

Prices, payment and fulfillment

Our store prices are in US dollars unless checkout explicitly shows another currency. Review the final total, applicable taxes and shipping charges before authorizing payment. Your bank or provider may apply currency conversion or fees under its own terms. Payments are processed by the providers offered at checkout; an order acknowledgement is not a promise that an unprocessed payment has succeeded.

If a material is unavailable or a material pricing error affects your order, we will contact you with options rather than silently substitute components or charge more. You may reject a proposed material change and obtain a refund for an order we cannot fulfill as agreed. Shipping and cancellation are governed by our linked policies and applicable law.

Fair use and rights

Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others’ rights. Our branding, software and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You authorize us to use the design and sizing details you submit as needed to make and fulfill your order; this does not grant unrestricted rights to your unrelated content.

Policies, changes and disputes

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Return Policy explain related practices. Future updates do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order. Contact us first if an issue arises so we can try to resolve it. Nothing requires you to waive statutory warranties, lawful payment disputes, access to regulators or courts, or mandatory protections in your place of residence. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.

下单与设计确认

请选择组件、填写准确净手围，并在付款前核对素材名称、数量、标称尺寸和总金额。星座和气质预设是可编辑的设计起点；按您确认方案制作的手串仍属于个性化定制。不要通过邮件发送银行卡密码或完整卡片信息。

占位尺寸和珠子摆放用于视觉预览。适配估算使用适用组件的标称串线尺寸，并减去约30毫米，以近似考虑串线长度与内圈周长差异。不规则组件和实物尺寸会影响真实佩戴效果；页面适配误差范围不等于实物制作公差。对松紧有特定要求时请先联系确认。

材质、描述与使用

材质身份、标称尺寸及已披露的处理方式以各组件说明为准。图片不代表所有材质都未经处理，也不代表所有配件都是天然石材。合理且已披露的天然差异见退款与退换货政策。我们仍对描述准确性及依法必须披露的材质信息负责。

水晶、星座与气质介绍表达设计灵感和文化寓意，不构成医疗建议，不承诺治疗疾病、改善健康结果或保证个人运势。手串含小部件，不是幼童玩具。请避免撞击、拉扯、刺激性化学品和长时间浸水。存在过敏情况，请购买前咨询组件材质。

价格、支付与履行

除非结账明确显示其他币种，本店以美元定价。授权付款前请核对最终总额、税费和配送费。银行或支付机构可能按自身条款收取换汇或其他费用。付款由结账展示的支付服务商处理，订单确认通知不代表尚未处理的付款一定成功。

若素材缺货或重大价格错误影响订单，我们会联系您提供方案，不擅自替换组件或追加扣款。您可以拒绝替换；订单无法按约履行时可以退款。配送与取消按照相关政策及适用法律处理。

合理使用与权利

不得滥用网站、干扰结账、提交欺诈订单或侵犯他人权利。品牌、软件和原创内容受适用知识产权法律保护。您允许我们在制作与履行订单所需范围内使用您提交的设计和尺寸资料，这不赋予我们不受限制使用您其他内容的权利。
