What are the lines inside clear quartz?
Quartz can contain mineral inclusions and internal growth features. A photograph cannot establish the identity of every inclusion or prove a bead is untreated.
Look at both the body of the bead and the edge of the drill hole; a sharp chip or an opening that weakens the bead is a different issue from an enclosed visual feature.

Clear or milky: which suits your design?
For a light blue-and-white bracelet, alternate clear quartz with aquamarine and keep the metal accents small. For a softer everyday look, try milky quartz beside rose tones.
A single clear section next to darker amethyst can create contrast without introducing a third strong color. Check the design against both light and dark clothing.
What to check before ordering
Ask about the actual bead diameter, surface finish and any disclosed treatment. Names such as “bridal shimmer” describe a shop selection; they are not laboratory grades.
Use your bare-wrist measurement in the designer, and review how larger beads change the visual weight of the bracelet.
Compare selections in the designer
Enter your measured bare-wrist size, open Free design and choose the corresponding material category. Compare diameter, arrangement and accents, then review the price and planning estimate. Catalogue previews do not promise an identical pattern in every physical bead.
